In using the “Send Reservation Request Now” link above, you expressly confirm that you have ordered products or services from “The Grand Prix Club Inc.”. In using this link you confirm that you have received, read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions of purchasing this travel product from The Grand Prix Club Inc. We will contact you to confirm your reservation request details and answer any questions.

Booking and Payment Conditions: A Reservation Form must be completed by the primary member of the party 18 years or older.

Payment of deposit:  a 33% to 50% ( U.S.) deposit per person depending on the package and when you reserve, must be received and acknowledged by The Grand Prix Club Inc. The deposit becomes part of the final payment due prior to tour arrival date. Balance of payment, additional 33% (US) per person due January 15, 2025 and balance due by  March 15, 2025  or before depending on requirements of suppliers. Reservations requested less than 8 weeks prior to departure require full prepayment. Changes: Every effort will be made to accommodate requests to modify reservations; ANY additional costs incurred by The Grand Prix Club Inc. will be the responsibility of the tour member which could include credit card processing fees.

Cancellations:The Grand Prix Club Inc. is a tour operator and will endeavor to accommodate changes and cancellations when possible. Standard cancellation policy is as follows: More than 120 days full refund. 120 to 90 days before arrival date 50% refund, 60 to 90 days before arrival date 25% refund, less than 60 days before arrival date NO REFUNDS (packages with hotel stay in Monaco) 50% refund if cancelled by Feb 15, after that date NO REFUNDS. Reservations are transferable. ANY additional costs that are incurred as a result of change or cancellation of a tour member’s reservation will be the sole responsibility of the tour member including credit card processing fees. Where possible every effort will be made to replace a request for cancellation with another booking, when this occurs there will be no additional costs to the canceling party.

Responsibility: The Grand Prix Club is acting as an agent on behalf of the tour member. As a condition of participation the member agrees to hold-harmless the Grand Prix Club and it’s Management from any loss as a result of making reservations, attending any function or tour, participating in any way with activities as a result of affiliation with The Grand Prix Club. Any loss resulting from cancellation, rescheduling or modification of an Event by the Event organizers is the sole responsibility of the tour member and not The Grand Prix Club. The Management of The Grand Prix Club will endeavor at all times to ensure that the interest of the tour member is considered when making reservations with suppliers of resources included in any tour The Grand Prix Club organizes. Motor racing is a dangerous sport and tour participants should be advised to take normal precautions to avoid risk.

Travel Insurance: The Grand Prix Club Inc. recommends that the tour member elects to acquire Travel Insurance to protect from any financial loss that could be covered as a result of cancellation, rescheduling or default by a supplier of resources. It is the sole responsibility of the tour member to purchase Travel Insurance to protect the member from loss. Travel insurance is available at your local Retail Travel Agency.
